1. The Seller
The service Search Console Analyzer (the "Service") is provided by BERE-NET Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság(short name: BERE-NET Kft.), a company registered in Hungary, tax number HU23486382, company registration number 15-09-078137, registered office in Jéke, Hungary (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into a contract with the Seller. Contact: info@ctr.hu.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
Search Console Analyzer is a SaaS tool that connects to your Google Search Console account (with your explicit OAuth consent) to analyze organic performance, provide AI-generated SEO and GEO suggestions, track keyword rankings and send push notifications. You are responsible for having authority to connect and analyze the properties you add.
4. Account and Acceptable Use
You must be of legal age, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials confidential. You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or infringement of third-party rights;
- interfere with the Service, including malware, probing, scraping or reverse engineering;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits or plan restrictions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, models, branding and documentation, is owned by the Seller or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan for the term of your subscription.
6. Plans, Trial, Fees and Billing
The Service is offered on subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews monthly at the price shown at checkout. Prices are in EUR excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns.Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds are given for the remainder of the period unless required by the Refund Policy or by law.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Upon termination we may delete associated data after a reasonable export window.
10. Warranties and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. AI Outputs
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and applying them and for the content you publish.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction at the Seller's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
