We want you to be happy with Search Console Analyzer. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged and no refund is needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.netand open the transaction, or email us at info@ctr.huand we will forward the request to Paddle.

What is covered

• The first charge on a monthly subscription, if requested within 30 days.
• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Cases required by applicable consumer protection law.

Renewals

Subscription renewals after the first 30 days are generally non-refundable, but we consider requests on a case-by-case basis and always in line with local consumer law. You can cancel future renewals at any time to avoid further charges.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback — we are happy to resolve billing issues directly and typically faster than the card scheme process.
